A Day in the Life:

As the Trade Marketing Manager, you'll drive trade marketing and consumer activation initiatives across Asia, helping bring the Monster brand to life in every market. You'll review and challenge promotions and trade programs to ensure they align with brand standards, deliver maximum impact, and proactively mitigate potential business and compliance risks.

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Process owner for all trade marketing-related processes, including promotions, sampling activations, trade executions, premiums and apparel, and ensure smooth and on-time execution by local marketing teams.
  • Review and analyze local promotions and trade programs to deliver on business objectives, meet brand standards and relevance to local consumer, identify key supports and approvals required to deliver programs successfully.
  • Conduct due diligence to identify and address any potential risks associated with the local marketing program, while collaborating with leadership to ensure full endorsement of programs by the relevant cross-functional teams.
  • Independent in developing, managing, and maintaining detailed project schedules, defining milestones, and tracking progress to meet deadlines.
  • Work closely with the Asia Marketing Operations team to assess program statuses, identify and address gaps in the workflow with HQ and recommend improvements to ensure higher effectiveness of workflow

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Between 3-5 years of experience in marketing, trade, sales management, Consumer packaged goods (CPG)
  • Between 1-3 years of experience in marketing business planning, revenue management leadership
  • Computer Skills Desired: Advanced user Microsoft office -- PowerPoint, Words, Excel
