Trade Marketing Specialist
You are accountable for translating Channel strategy into commercially relevant trade marketing initiatives across roll formers, dealers and contractors.
What You'll Do
Trade & Channel Programme Ownership: Plan, propose and execute trade and channel marketing program aligned to channel strategy, product priorities and partner needs.
Demand Creation & Partner Activation: Design initiatives that stimulate partner participation, product enquiry, trial and sell-through, supporting sales engagement and pipeline creation.
Loyalty & Partner Engagement Program: Own the design and management of loyalty and partner engagement and contract program.
Co-Brand & Joint Marketing Initiatives: Lead co‑branded and joint marketing initiatives with rollformers, dealers and contractors.
Channel POSM Strategy: Define POSM requirements to support trade program and effective in-market execution.
Channel Marketing Budget Stewardship: Own planning, utilization and tracking of channel marketing budgets.
Market Insight & Sales Alignment: Gather market insights through selective trade visits and sales feedback.
Safety, Ethics & Compliance: Ensure adherence to BlueScope’s Code of Conduct, safety standards and compliance requirements in all channel interactions.
What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or other relevant disciplines.
At least 5 years of experience in channel operations, trade execution, merchandising or related roles.
Experienced in retail execution or B2B industrial environments are preferable.
