Job Scope:

• Trade Marketing & Commercial Execution
• Support the successful launch and growth of private label products through trade marketing campaigns, in-store activations, and promotional initiatives across modern trade channels.
• Plan, coordinate, and maintain the annual and monthly trade marketing calendar and budget.
• Partner with internal teams, brand principals, and retail customers to develop and execute promotional activities while securing optimal in-store visibility and display opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on promotional mechanics, pricing, objectives, and campaign timelines.
• Monitor campaign and channel performance by tracking sales against forecasts and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Demand & Supply teams to align promotional forecasts with inventory availability and business requirements.
• Reporting & Business Analytics
• Manage trade spend tracking and prepare accurate month-end reports to ensure effective budget control.
• Conduct post-promotion performance reviews and ROI analysis to support future trade marketing strategies.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes while following up on action items and project milestones.
• Assist in demand forecasting and prepare trade marketing presentations and calendar updates for management review.
• Requirements
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is an advantage.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player with a solutions-oriented mindset.
