Trade Operations Analyst (Oil)

Responsibilities

• Support cargo nominations, scheduling, and shipping documentation.
• Verify and process operational costs, including tankage, inspections, taxes, and related expenses in SAP.
• Monitor cost reporting through Power BI and identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Provide operational analysis, SAP testing, compliance support, and document management.
• Coordinate with traders, schedulers, terminals, inspectors, agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth cargo execution.
• Provide scheduling coverage during peak periods and develop a strong understanding of end-to-end trade operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Maritime, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP, Power BI, or Python is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, commodity trading operations, or scheduling is preferred.
