Job Description

You’ll:
- Handle inbound enquiries and turn them into sales
- Support Account Managers and build customer relationships
- Enter orders, prepare quotes, and keep workflows smooth
- Upsell products and share promotions
- Coordinate purchasing when needed
You bring:
- Confident communication and a great attitude
- Strong computer skills and problem‑solving ability
- 2–3 years in a customer or sales support role
- Trade industry exposure is a bonus
