About The Role:

Join the Futures Technology Team, where members apply their technical expertise in a business-focused role, supporting a crucial and growing area of our Commodity and Global Market operations.

What You’ll Do:

• In this key front-office role, you'll deliver specialized technical support and maintenance for our futures trading applications."
• You will play a vital role in diagnosing issues, deploying solutions, and working closely with traders, developers, and global operations teams to ensure optimal performance and stability of our trading systems."
• This role requires close interaction with business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, where your expertise in handling high-pressure situations is crucial.

What We’re Looking For:

• Over 3 years of experience in a Trade Systems Support role."
• Previous front-office experience, ideally in Futures or Equity Derivatives."
• Proficiency with systems like Fidessa, TT, DEA Client Connectivity (FIX 4.2/4.4, Itiviti), and third-party Algo Providers."
• Expertise in writing Python and SQL queries, along with experience in database systems. Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and AWS Cloud is a plus."
• Strong skills in incident, problem, and change management."
• Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a high level of attention to detail."
• Success in this role requires the ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
