Tradesman 1 - FRP Division

The Tradesman 1 role focuses on performing hands-on construction tasks related to specialized trades such as Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) installation and Structural Concrete Repair. This position involves executing key steps in the repair and reinforcement process, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on every project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform layout, surface preparation, and concrete grinding.

• Cut and install various types of structural fiber materials.

• Mix and apply two-part epoxy resins and other bonding agents.

• Assist in formwork, patching, and other general construction activities.

• Operate tools and equipment safely and maintain a clean work area.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to project specifications.

• Support higher-level tradesmen and learn advanced techniques in FRP and concrete repair.
