Responsibilities
- Support the identification and development of trading opportunities in petroleum products and low-carbon fuels
- Assist in reviewing and coordinating commercial terms for sales and purchase contracts with overseas counterparties
- Work closely with internal teams at the Korea headquarters (Sales, Supply & Trading, Finance, Tax) to support trading activities
- Support day-to-day trading operations, including shipping logistics, product specifications, and invoicing
- Conduct research on petroleum markets and regulatory developments related to low-carbon energy
- Assist in managing sustainability certification and compliance processes
Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills in an international business environment (required)
- Flexibility and willingness to take on a wide range of responsibilities across trading, operations, and commercial activities.
- Basic understanding of the refining industry and trading business
- Strong willingness to learn and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to think analytically and communicate ideas in a clear and structured manner
- Team player with good interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills
- Eligible to work in Singapore
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship experience in refining, petrochemical, energy, or trading companies preferred
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Business Administration or International Trade preferred
- Proficiency in Korean preferred (for collaboration with Korean headquarters and partners)
