Trading Assistant/Execution Support

High Street Centre, walking distance of City Hall MRT.
Experience:
Fresh graduates are welcome. Training will be provided.
Job Responsibilities
- Support traders in daily trade execution and order placement
- Assist with trade booking, order tracking and transaction records
- Monitor trade details and ensure information is accurately recorded
- Prepare basic trading reports and data summaries
- Liaise with traders, brokers and internal teams when required
- Perform other trading and administrative support duties
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable recognized university.
- Candidates with a background in Mathematics, Finance, Quantitative Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics or other quantitative disciplines are preferred
- No prior working experience required; training will be provided
- Good command of English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Detail-oriented, accurate and responsible
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced trading environment
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
