Build and own trading tools and automation used daily by a busy front-office desk. You'll work directly with traders, turn their ideas into production software, and make the desk faster and more reliable.
What you'll do
- Design and build front-office tools, analytics, and workflow apps in Python.
- Automate repetitive desk processes and introduce AI where it adds real value.
- Own applications end-to-end: design, build, testing, monitoring, and support.
- Triage incidents and resolve issues quickly in a live trading environment.
Must-have experience
- Strong, hands-on Python development (building real tools, not just scripting).
- Proven experience in a trading / front-office environment (ideally in securities, derivatives, or securities financing).
- Solid SQL and data engineering fundamentals.
- Confidence working directly with traders and other front-office stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Exposure to Git, CI/CD, cloud, market microstructure, PnL/risk concepts, or AI tooling.
