  • Work with Treasury, Wholesale Banking, Markets, Liquidity, and Compliance stakeholders to understand business and data requirements.
  • Conduct requirements workshops and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
  • Define attribute-level requirements, source-to-target mappings, data lineage, and transformation rules.
  • Define Treasury, Liquidity, and Markets measures along with data grain, business rules, and reconciliation rules.
  • Perform SQL-based data profiling, validation, and reconciliation across source and target systems.
  • Support SIT, UAT, defect analysis, and business sign-off.
  • Work closely with Technology, Data Engineering, QA, and business teams throughout delivery.
  • Analyze data from Treasury and Trading platforms such as Murex, Calypso, Finastra Summit/Kondor, or similar systems.
  • Support reporting and analytics requirements across Treasury, Liquidity, Markets, and Wholesale Banking.

Requirements

Must-have skills

Banking and domain

• Treasury and liquidity: LCR, NSFR, MAS CFMR, intraday liquidity, ALM, balance sheet management and FTP.

• Capital markets: FX, rates, bonds and derivatives life cycle; trade, position and P&L data.

• Trade surveillance: market abuse and employee trading alerts.

• Data from trading or treasury systems such as Murex, Calypso or Finastra Summit/Kondor.

• Wholesale Banking & Treasury, Treasury & Liquidity Analytics

Business and data analysis

• Attribute-level functional specifications and source-to-target mappings.

• Defining treasury, liquidity and markets measures with grain and reconciliation rules.

• SQL for data profiling and reconciliation.

Delivery and communication

• Running requirements workshops with Treasury, Wholesale Banking and Compliance.

• Supporting SIT and UAT through to business sign-off.

Good-to-have skills

• Trade surveillance platforms such as NICE Actimize or Nasdaq SMARTS.

• Trade finance reporting and correspondent banking flows.

• Building business glossaries and semantic models for self-service or generative BI.

Certifications (preferred): FRM; CFA (any level); CBAP.
