Trading Operations Associate
You will oversee critical trading operations across the APAC region. You will manage trading routes, maintain automation structures, enforce transaction authorization policies, document trading processes, and oversee operational tools and external providers. You will implement system integrations and monitoring for market-making and OTC derivatives activities, coordinate with trading, engineering, risk, and compliance stakeholders, and provide tools that improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage trading routes for efficiency and profitability.
- Establish and maintain automation structures and routes.
- Enforce transaction authorization policies.
- Document optimized trading processes.
- Oversee tools and external service providers.
- Implement automation, system integration, and advanced monitoring for market-making and OTC derivatives activities.
- Facilitate communication and workflow alignment across trading, engineering, risk management, and compliance.
- Provide operational tools that improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency exchanges, liquidity venues, OMS/EMS, FIX, REST, WebSocket APIs, and blockchain fundamentals.
- Understanding of risk management and security protocols in the cryptocurrency industry.
- Experience building operational dashboards, alerts, and workflows.
- Familiarity with Git and basic CI/CD.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Willingness to cover rotational shifts or on-call support for market hours and incident response.
- Strong Python skills.
- Proficiency with SQL and at least one additional programming language such as TypeScript or Java.
