Trading System Backend Development Supervisor (C++)
Summary
Supervise C++ backend development for a trading system handling CFD, crypto spot, and perpetual contracts, focusing on order processing, matching engines, and real-time market data in high-concurrency environments.
Trading System Backend Development Supervisor (C++)
Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of backend services for the trading system, market data system, and related platforms.
Participate in the development of trading-related modules including order processing, matching engine, asset management, liquidation, settlement, and real-time market data distribution.
Lead C++ backend service development, addressing system performance and stability challenges in high-concurrency, low-latency environments.
Develop APIs and interfaces including TCP/Socket, HTTP API, and WebSocket, as well as internal service communication mechanisms.
Participate in system architecture design and core feature development; optimize order flow, data synchronization, caching, message processing, and database access.
Utilize Redis, Kafka, MySQL, and other components to implement caching, message queuing, asynchronous processing, and data storage solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform log analysis, conduct performance optimization, and handle routine maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with product, QA, and operations teams to complete requirement discussions, development, deployment, and post-launch support.
Train and mentor the Hong Kong C++ team.
