Overview
We’re hiring a Trading Systems Engineer to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical trading systems. This role combines strong software engineering in Python with deep expertise in containerization and Kubernetes, supporting low-latency, high-availability production environments.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reliability tooling and automation in Python
- Operate and scale containerized platforms using Kubernetes in production
- Improve system observability, monitoring, and incident response practices
- Partner with developers, traders, and infrastructure teams to improve resilience and performance
Qualifications
- Strong Python development skills with a software-engineering mindset
- Hands-on experience operating Kubernetes and containerized workloads at scale
- Solid Linux fundamentals and understanding of distributed systems
Nice to have
- Experience supporting trading or other latency-sensitive systems
- Familiarity with cloud and on-prem hybrid environments
- Exposure to CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, or performance tuning
