Trading Systems Engineer at BairesDev

As a Trading Systems Engineer, you will architect and maintain high-performance financial systems that power real-time trading operations. You will ensure the seamless flow of market data and the reliability of order management systems while meeting stringent low-latency and compliance standards.

What You'll Do:

- Design and optimize high-throughput trading platforms and order management systems (OMS).
- Build and maintain robust market data pipelines to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Implement low-latency backend solutions to minimize execution delays.
- Architect systems with a focus on regulatory compliance and data integrity within financial environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial protocols and enhance system performance.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on financial systems.
- Proven expertise in building trading platforms, order management systems (OMS), or market data pipelines.
- Advanced proficiency in backend development using Java, C++, or Python.
- Strong knowledge of low-latency system design or compliance-aware architectures.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
