Traffic Controller
Summary
Oversee daily operations, schedule manpower, and coordinate with internal/external teams to ensure smooth workflow and service excellence in a logistics-focused environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Assist & support the smooth running of the day-to-day operations
- Manage the planning of work schedules and deployment of manpower
- Monitor work processes and performance of the on-site teams in order to achieve service excellence and ensure smooth operation and quality performance.
- Liaise and follow up closely with internal and external parties to ensure works are carried out in accordance to operational requirements.
- Undertake any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by HOD
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in deployment of crane and manpower
- Possess strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Able to commit to 5.5 days workweek (Saturday)
- Candidate should be comfortable handling daily communication with Mandarin-speaking transport personnel.
