📍 Location: Pasir Panjang, Singapore
🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
💼 Employment Type: Full Time | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update transportation jobs, driver assignments and trip records.
- Plan, schedule and dispatch transport jobs while optimising routes and fleet utilisation.
- Coordinate with drivers, customers, operations, sales and logistics partners.
- Monitor fleet performance, asset utilisation and driver productivity.
- Handle PSA Portnet documentation and container tracking.
- Ensure drivers are updated on customer requirements and support loading/delivery operations.
- Ensure compliance with WSH, MOM regulations and company safety standards.
- Utilise knowledge of Singapore road networks to optimise transport planning.
Requirements
- Preferably 3 years of experience in logistics/transportation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
