Description

To ensure the smooth planning, prioritization, and delivery of all creative and marketing requests by managing the end-to-end pipeline across departments, optimizing resource allocation, and maintaining high standards of quality, timeliness, and alignment with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline & Workflow Management
Own and manage the centralized pipeline of all creative and marketing requests across functions.
Ensure clear visibility of all incoming, ongoing, and completed work and track progress.

Prioritization & Planning
Assess and prioritize requests based on business impact, urgency, and strategic alignment.
Align with stakeholders to manage expectations and timelines.

Cross-functional Coordination
Act as the main point of contact between requesting teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Growth) and the creative team.
Ensure briefs are complete, clear, and actionable before work begins.
Facilitate communication to avoid delays or rework.

Capacity Management
Allocate tasks based on team capacity, skills, and deadlines.
Monitor team bandwidth and recommend adjustments when needed.
Support planning cycles (weekly/monthly) for upcoming campaigns and initiatives.

Quality & Process Governance
Ensure adherence to workflow processes, SLAs, and approval cycles.
Maintain consistency in output quality and brand alignment.
Continuously improve processes, tools, and ways of working.

Reporting & Performance Tracking
Track key metrics such as turnaround time, backlog, on-time delivery, and workload distribution.
Provide regular updates and dashboards to leadership.
Identify trends and recommend efficiency improvements.

Requirements

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:
4–6+ years in project management or creative operations.
Experience working with marketing or creative teams in fast-paced environments.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
