In this role, you will be the linchpin in managing our graphic design workflow, ensuring that projects are not only completed efficiently and on schedule but also meet our high standards of quality and innovation. Acting as the central coordinator, you will balance workloads, prioritize tasks, and facilitate effective project execution, all while maintaining a harmonious and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and uphold project timelines and schedules, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Assign and prioritize tasks within the graphic design team, managing resources for optimal productivity.
Monitor ongoing projects, swiftly addressing any challenges or bottlenecks.
Act as a conduit between the graphic design team and other departments, enhancing collaboration and communication.
Lead regular team meetings to discuss project statuses and upcoming deadlines and resolve any obstacles.
Implement and oversee project management tools and systems for streamlined operations.
Regularly update stakeholders on project progress and deliver detailed reports.
Ensure that final outputs align with project requirements and uphold our quality standards.
Cultivate an environment that fosters team collaboration, creativity, and innovation.
Guide and mentor junior team members, aiding in their professional growth.
Proven experience in a Traffic, Delivery, or Creative Project Coordinator role within a graphic design or creative setting, ideally in a creative agency or gaming industry.
A thorough understanding of graphic design principles and workflows.
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, JIRA).
Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
