Working across local market teams, our central HQ and India-based creative teams, you'll connect creative, marketing, social, programming and editorial stakeholders to ensure projects are clearly briefed, effectively prioritised and delivered on time. The Role:

As a Traffic Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating the flow of creative projects across the Portugal and Spain markets, from initial briefing through to final delivery. You'll manage workflows, timelines, priorities and stakeholder communication, ensuring creative teams have the clarity and resources they need to deliver high-quality work.

You'll act as a central point of coordination between the Portugal and Spain offices, local creative teams, central HQ and India, helping to ensure projects remain on track and potential risks are identified and addressed early. You'll also contribute to the continuous improvement of creative operations by helping implement best-practice workflows, templates and automation that improve efficiency and consistency across the wider creative organisation.
  • Coordinate creative requests from initial intake through to final delivery using ClickUp
  • Maintain project schedules, task assignments and production timelines across Portugal and Spain
  • Track project status, dependencies, risks and deadlines, proactively identifying and escalating potential issues
  • Ensure creative briefs are complete, approved and ready before work begins
  • Manage creative intake and project management systems to ensure work is prioritised and progressed effectively
  • Ensure creative SLAs, turnaround times and revision limits are clearly understood and consistently followed
  • Support resource planning by balancing workloads across designers, editors and Creative Leads
  • Work closely with central creative teams to implement best-practice workflows, templates and automation
  • Act as a primary point of contact between marketing, social, programming, editorial and creative teams
  • Facilitate project kick-offs, reviews and regular status updates
  • Collect and consolidate stakeholder feedback, ensuring revisions are clear and actionable
  • Set expectations around timelines, scope and delivery milestones
  • Coordinate reviews and approvals to ensure deliverables meet brand guidelines, technical specifications and creative standards
  • Manage asset versioning, organisation and handover to marketing and channel owners
  • Track key operational metrics including turnaround times, project volumes, revisions and on-time delivery
  • Prepare regular production reports and identify bottlenecks or opportunities for continuous improvement
  • 2–4 years of experience in creative operations, production coordination, project management or marketing operations
  • Experience working with creative teams across design, copy, video and digital
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools
  • Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and changing priorities
  • A proactive approach to identifying risks, resolving issues and keeping projects moving
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work with teams across different functions and markets
  • Experience working in an in-house creative team or agency environment is desirable
  • Familiarity with creative production workflows across print, digital, social and video is beneficial
  • Basic understanding of design, creative and marketing terminology
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build effective relationships across local and global teams
