Job Description: TRAFFIC MANAGER
We are looking for a Traffic Manager to join our team at a courier company located in ONDA. This person will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring the correct functioning of the courier service, and leading the driving team.
What you'll do
- Coordinate and supervise the team of drivers and couriers 🚚.
- Plan daily routes ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness ⏱️.
- Management of incidents and resolution of operational problems that may arise during day-to-day activities 🔧.
- Ensure compliance with delivery times and maintain customer satisfaction 😊.
- Prepare activity and team performance reports 📊.
- Train and motivate the team, guaranteeing a positive working environment 💪.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize the company's global service 🤝.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Traffic Manager or in a similar position in the courier sector 🚀.
- Knowledge of logistics and route planning 📍.
- Leadership and team management skills 👥.
- Initiative and skills to solve problems autonomously 💡.
- Good command of IT tools (MS Office, traffic management software) 💻.
- Availability to work flexible schedules ⏲️.
- Training in logistics or similar will be valued 🎓.
