We are looking to hire a Traffic Manager to manage passenger transport services.

What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the service, guaranteeing the correct provision of transport and compliance with established quality standards.
• Manage operational incidents that may arise during the provision of the service, adopting the necessary measures to minimize their impact.
• Prepare and manage work rosters, breaks, vacations, and staff coverage needs.
• Coordinate the operational response to special events, traffic closures, public road occupations, or other circumstances that may affect the service.
• Perform fleet monitoring in coordination with the maintenance area, guaranteeing the availability of the vehicles necessary for the operation.

• Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:30 and Friday from 8:00 to 15:00

Required

• Previous experience in operational coordination, fleet management, or traffic roles, with experience in road passenger transport being especially valued.
• Higher Level Vocational Training related to Transport, logistics, or Operations Management
• Knowledge of operational planning and team management.
• Knowledge of the regulations applicable to road passenger transport is desirable.
• Leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Regular use of office software tools.
