Traffica Engineering Service (工作地點：台北市)

Primary Responsibilities

• Carry out Traffica deployment, testing and upgrade projects o Handle Traffica software and hardware incident tickets, including
• Problem troubleshooting and resolution
• Software upgrade and patching § Hardware repair and maintenance

Technical Requirements

• Traffica Expertise
• Proficiency with Traffica, including installation, configuration, and operational support.
• If no prior expertise, good to have relevant experience with deploying and supporting real-time network monitoring platform like those from Ericsson, IBM, Cisco
• Windows Server Administration

• Traffica 系統部署、測試與升級
• Traffica 平台維運與技術支援
• Windows Server Administration
• Network Monitoring Platform 經驗（Ericsson、Cisco、IBM 等）
• 軟體安裝、Patch、系統設定與故障排除
