Trailer/Chassis Mechanic

Duties:

• Troubleshoot and repair intermodal chassis to DOT standards
• These repairs include brake systems, chassis electrical repair and lighting, as well as tire repair and/or replace
• Welding
• Document all work on work orders
• Keep work area clean and safe
• Other duties as assigned
• All tools, diagnostic equipment, and uniforms are provided
• Repairs are done in our shop

• Minimum 1 year experience as mechanic OR a degree/certification applicable to the job duties

• Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm in our East St. Louis shop
