β’ Giving precise instructions for trailer swaps, live loads, and yard moves
β’ Locating missing trailers
β’ Handling trailer rejections, damages, or wrong drops
β’ Finding backup trailers fast when load is at risk
β’ Coordinating recovery or repositioning
