Transport Refrigeration is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Trailer Shop Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with refrigerated Semi-trailer wreck repair knowledge who enjoys working with customers, building relationships, estimating repairs, and helping grow the business.

What You'll Do
- Estimate trailer repairs for customers ranging from minor repairs to major jobs
- Sell trailer parts and grow outside parts sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Market services to both new and existing customers
- Work closely with Service, Parts, and Sales departments to coordinate repairs and projects
- Monitor estimate accuracy and shop performance
- Visit customers and sell trailer shop services
- Support shop growth and overall customer satisfaction
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
Qualifications
- Previous experience estimating wreck repairs for reefer and dry trailer required
- Background in Service Management, Operations Management, General Management, or related field preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sense of urgency and strong work ethic
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Valid driver’s license required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, squat, walk, and climb in and around trailers
- Comfortable working in both office and shop environments
