Responsibilities |
- Learn and develop deep expertise in ZBrain's platform capabilities, AI agent orchestration, and emerging AI technologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for AI use cases, business processes, and agentic workflows.
- Translate business requirements into AI solution designs, workflow specifications, functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Design, build, and optimize AI workflows within ZBrain by applying prompt engineering, context engineering, and iterative AI development best practices.
- Work closely with software engineers to define APIs, integrations, data requirements, and implementation approaches for AI solutions.
- Test, validate, and refine AI agents and workflows by evaluating outputs, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving solution quality.
- Prepare solution documentation, presentations, prototypes, and product demonstrations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in planning, sprint execution, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release activities to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of AI solutions.
- Stay current with advancements in generative AI models, agentic AI frameworks, developer tools, and industry best practices, and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
- Effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.

- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand complex business processes and AI concepts.
- Foundational knowledge of prompt engineering, context engineering, agentic workflows, and iterative AI development.
- Familiarity with modern AI tools and coding assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Codex, Claude Code, or similar platforms for research, workflow design, and solution development.
- Solid understanding of software development fundamentals, including the software development lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, databases, testing, debugging, version control, and basic programming concepts..
- Basic understanding of system integrations, REST APIs, JSON, and data exchange concepts.
