We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Training Academy, where we develop the next generation of Asbestos Consultants within the environmental sector. This is a fully funded, on-the-job training programme that offers the opportunity to build a specialist career.
- 35 hour standard working week, with plenty of overtime.
- A structured long-term training and development plan, covering technical surveying and analysis, leadership, management, compliance, communication, problem-solving, time management, quality assurance, project management and more.

Role Requirement
- Level 3 qualification or higher (e.g. Degree, A-Levels, AS Levels or NVQ Level 3 minimum).
- Willingness to commit to 2–4 hours of personal study per week as part of the training programme.
- Full UK driving licence and confidence with regular driving.
- Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check.
- A professional, friendly and hardworking attitude.
- Ability to successfully complete technical training, audits and examinations.
- A methodical and detail oriented approach to work.
