Trainee Civil Drafter

About the role\:

We are looking for a motivated Cadet Drafter to join an established team of Project Managers, Engineers, Designers and Drafters based in our Parramatta office in Western Sydney. You will work with an experienced and inclusive team of professionals to deliver dynamic drafting solutions in all facets of civil infrastructure, land development and subdivision works. This role will have you gain diverse experiences in consulting, whilst being given the guidance and support necessary to ensure you make a valid contribution to our business.

Traineeship on offer is ideal to someone who is looking to kick-start your career with guidance in Civil CAD Drafting skills for diverse projects.

You will join the close knit Paramatta team. This is a fantastic opportunity is for someone wanting to join a Global company with a people focus.

Day to day tasks would involve\:

· Develop skills in hand sketches, as well as the use of AutoCAD.

· Provide drafting and technical assistance to the Civil drafters and designers through the production of drawings to a high standard.

· Develop skills and experience in the documentation of civil drafting.

· Undertake general office duties, including errands, deliveries/collections, etc.

· Support while you successfully complete a Certificate IV TAFE course in a Civil Engineering or similar training course.
