This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading international organisation, offering the chance to develop into a specialist Field Engineer through structured training and hands-on experience.

No extensive engineering experience is required. The company is looking for someone with a practical mindset, a positive attitude and a genuine interest in learning and developing a long-term career within engineering.

You will receive full training from experienced engineers, learning to use specialist equipment and technology while carrying out a variety of building performance tests across a local patch.

The Role

• Full specialist training provided from day one

• Carrying out building performance testing, including ventilation, airtightness, acoustic and heat transfer testing

• Travelling to customer sites across a local patch

• Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week

• No weekends, call out or overnight stays

• Company van and fuel card provided

• Paid travel time

• Clear opportunities for career progression

The Person

• Looking to start a career within engineering

• Practical, hands-on experience or background advantageous

• Engineering qualification or apprenticeship beneficial but not essential

• Full UK driving licence

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

• Motivated to develop new skills and progress
