LEARN. PRACTICE. EXCEL - Our hands-on training program equips you with the skills, tools and confidence to become a skilled FTTH professional in:
- FTTH Fundamentals
- Safety, Tools & PPE
- Cable Handling & Splicing
- OTDR, Power Meter & VFL Use
- Fault Identification & Troubleshooting
- Documentation & Reporting
- Field Practices & Site Etiquette
REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic knowledge of electricity, cables or networking (advantage but not compulsory)
- Able to use a smartphone & navigation apps
- Willing to work outdoors, climb ladders & in difficult locations
- Available for shifts, weekends & emergency call-outs
- Resident within or close to assigned cluster
- Good eyesight, colour identification & hand coordination
- Strong safety discipline
- No prior fibre experience is needed
