Trainee role building GenAI-powered chatbots and automation using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform. Day to day involves low-code development, prompt engineering, and integrating AI via REST APIs; requires conversational German (B1+/B2) and English (B1+).
What we expect:
- Conversational German language level from B1+/B2 or higher
- Conversational English language level from B1+ or higher
- Understanding of programming basics: variables, logical operators, data structures (lists, arrays)
- Basic understanding of AI (GenAI): knowledge of concepts, models, and their potential applications
- Understanding of Prompt Engineering principles: ability to formulate clear and effective prompts to control AI behavior
- Understanding of web technologies: how APIs (REST/SOAP) work, HTTP requests (Postman, cURL)
- Basic knowledge of JSON
Nice to have: - Experience with Power Platform: familiarity with Power Automate (for integrations) or Power Apps
- Experience using or developing chatbots (e.g., Azure Bot Service, Dialogflow, Bot Framework)
- Experience or courses in Business Analysis (ability to gather and formalize requirements)
