Trainee in Global IT (M/F/D)
Your responsibilities
Support the team in collecting and maintaining data about IT assets (hardware/software)
Help review and organize information related to new assets entering the portfolio
Support documentation updates and contribute to building the team knowledge base
Assist in asset lifecycle activities (e.g., tracking usage, retirement, or disposal)
Help prepare basic data and reports for the team
Collaborate with team members and gain insight into how different IT functions work together
Help identify simple improvements in daily tasks or processes
Assist in basic automation or data-related tasks, if skills are available
Participate in trainings, meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions

Attention to detail and a structured way of working
Good communication and teamwork skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)
English at a communicative level (min. B2)
No prior professional experience required
Interest in IT, technology, or asset management is a plus
Familiarity with IT tools or concepts is a plus, but not required
