Trainee Intelligence Analyst - Manchester

Summary

Trainee Intelligence Analyst in the British Army based in Manchester, responsible for gathering and analyzing intelligence on threats, patrolling with infantry, and writing reports that inform senior commanders and politicians.

Salary: £30,000 - 30,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Must be between 16 years 6 months and 35 years 6 months
  • Must pass a basic fitness test
  • GCSEs grade A-C/9-4 in English Language and at least four other subjects
  • At least Numeracy Level 2
Responsibilities:
  • Become a subject matter expert in a country or enemy threat
  • Patrol with the infantry to gather and analyze information on local developments
  • Write reports that inform officers and brief politicians
  • Assist senior commanders in making important decisions
  • Work in high-security environments from unit headquarters to government departments
