Assist with IT support, system setup, troubleshooting, and daily operations while learning Windows admin, Microsoft 365, networking, and IT security under senior guidance.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Trainee to join our IT team. The trainee will assist in providing technical support to end users, installing and configuring computer systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting day-to-day IT operations. The role provides hands-on experience in Windows administration, Microsoft 365, networking, asset management, and IT security while working under the guidance of senior IT staff. The trainee is expected to learn quickly, maintain accurate documentation, and follow company IT policies and procedures.
