What you’ll learn

Career Pathway
- Successful participants are positioned for technical roles such as Technical Support Technician, Entry-Level IT Technician or Helpdesk Analyst.
- Upon completion of this course, you’ll be introduced to our hiring partner and receive ongoing career support, employability workshops and six months’ access to online employability courses.

- This is a fully government-funded course - there are no fees to pay.
To be eligible, you must:
- Live in the West Midlands.
- Be aged 19 or over.
- Earn below the gross annual wage cap of £34,194.
- Not currently be undertaking other government-funded training.
- Not be in the UK on a student, graduate, postgraduate or sponsorship visa, or as a dependent of someone who is.
