Trainee IT Support / IT Technician

Salary: £30,000 - 30,000 per year

Requirements:
  • We are looking for individuals with little or no previous experience.
  • We are open to people changing careers, recent school, college, or university leavers, people currently working in another industry, and those leaving the Armed Forces.
  • We value a willingness to learn, good communication skills, and a genuine interest in changing your career.
  • We ask applicants to be interested in technology and problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
  • We will train you through over 80 hours of live, instructor-led online learning delivered by experienced industry professionals.
  • We will support you in gaining two industry-recognised certifications: CompTIA A and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).
  • We will provide practical project work to help you build hands-on skills.
  • We will offer dedicated 1-to-1 tutor support throughout your learning journey.
  • We will provide CV support, interview preparation, and career coaching.
  • We will connect you with our employer network and recruitment partners.
  • We will support you toward securing a job offer after successful completion of the programme.
