Trainee Mechanical/Process Engineer - 2027 Batch Campus Recruitment (WTR - Piping)

  • You'll be joining the ranks of our Water Global practice has been providing round-the-clock support to our US offices since 2020.
  • You'll report to department manager.
  • Work on exciting projects related to piping design & engineering.
  • And these projects aren't limited to a local scale; they are positioned globally, reflecting our worldwide impact.
  • You'll be a part of our vibrant Water Global Practice and work to build technical competence while supporting project execution under the guidance of senior engineers and designers.
  • Learn company standards, client specifications, and applicable codes such as ASME, API
  • Develop an understanding of the complete piping engineering and design workflow.
  • Assist in preparing and updating piping deliverables.
  • Review P&IDs and equipment layouts to understand piping routing requirements.
  • Support 3D piping modeling using software such as Plant 3D, Revit, or SP3D depending on project requirements.
  • Coordinating project design assignments and design teams.
  • Reviewing vendor drawings.
  • Perform basic quality checks on drawings before they are issued for review.
  • Participate in model review meetings and document action items.
  • Assist in updating engineering documents based on review comments.
  • Follow company Quality Management System (QMS), project procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Continuously improve technical knowledge through training and self-learning.
  • Travel to the United States on request and requested to support assignments on projects and overall office needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good Communication skills (verbal & written) and ability to self-check and produce accurate work
