Working with numerous estate agents and property developers, you'll benefit from a consistent flow of qualified leads, a comprehensive training programme, and the opportunity to advise high-net-worth clients across the UK and internationally. The Role
As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will:
- Learn to provide expert mortgage and protection advice under the guidance of experienced advisers
- Work with high-quality leads generated through established estate agency and developer partnerships
- Build strong relationships with clients, delivering outstanding customer service throughout the mortgage process
- Develop your knowledge of mortgage products, lenders, and industry regulations
- Progress enquiries from initial consultation through to mortgage application and completion
- Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and company procedures
- Develop your own client pipeline while building a successful long-term career
Trainee Mortgage Advisor Requirements:
- Full CeMAP qualification
- Previous sales experience
- Savings to support yourself for approximately 3–4 months while building your pipeline
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ambitious, driven, and motivated to succeed within a target-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Eager to learn and develop within a fast-paced mortgage brokerage
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, with one in six Saturdays
- Office-based in West London
