No recruitment experience is required. Full training is provided.

The Role

You’ll be trained to become a specialist recruiter within markets including

AI, Technology, Data and Clean Energy .

Your role will involve:

Finding and speaking with candidates

Building relationships with clients and candidates

Managing interviews and recruitment processes

Developing new business

Negotiating job offers

Building your own specialist market

You’ll receive full training in recruitment, sales, business development, negotiation and client management.
