1. Customer Service:
   
• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  
• Assist customers in finding products and provide information about promotions or discounts.
  
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints.
  
2. Order Processing:
   
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  
• Input orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  
• Verify the accuracy of orders before handing them to customers.
  
3. Product Knowledge:
   
• Have a good understanding of the products offered in the store.
  
• Provide information about product features, pricing, and benefits.
  
• Stay updated on new products and promotions.
  
4. Merchandising and Stocking:
   
• Maintain a clean and organized counter area.
  
• Restock products on the counter as needed.
  
• Monitor and manage product expiration dates.
  
5. Upselling and Cross-selling:
   
• Suggest additional items or upsell promotions to increase sales.
  
• Encourage customers to try new products or promotions.
  
6. Team Collaboration:
   
• Coordinate with other team members and departments.
