Trainee Team Leader
- Lead a team of hand packers and monitor them daily
- Pick, pack and fulfil customer orders accurately
- Load and unload goods during stock delivery
- Ensure orders are packed correctly and shipped out on time
- Track stock movement and update inventory records
- Assist in ordering and receiving incoming stock
- Report any stock discrepancies or damages
- Support general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a packing or similar role is preferred
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical condition with the ability to stand, bend, and lift items as needed
• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
