Job Summary
Brik Oven Private Limited is looking for a Trainee Team Member – Hygiene to support cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety practices at its Doddaballapura production facility. The role ensures that production areas, equipment, and workspaces are maintained according to company hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across production areas, floors, equipment, and workstations.
- Clean and sanitize utensils, machinery, and food-contact surfaces as per hygiene procedures.
- Follow food safety, personal hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain designated waste disposal areas.
- Support pest prevention and report hygiene or sanitation issues.
- Ensure cleaning materials and supplies are stored safely.
- Assist the production team in maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or food production hygiene is preferred.
- Basic understanding of cleanliness and sanitation practices.
- Willingness to learn food safety procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
