Traineeship: IT Support

Look no further than Xenontech! We're the number one IT service provider for NSW public schools, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and people-focused individual to join our team as a Desktop/Network Support - Field Services Technician.

In this role, you'll be the friendly, trusted face of tech support for our schools, working closely with Principals, Teachers, and Admin staff. You'll manage your own patch of schools and be trusted to solve problems on the spot, experiencing different schools, different people, and different challenges week to week. If you genuinely enjoy connecting with people as much as solving technical problems, this role is built for you.

We're committed to developing our people. You'll get on-the-job training and IT certification (Certificate III and IV) alongside your full-time role and pay.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Enjoy solving problems and figuring things out

• Are comfortable talking to Principals, Teachers, and school staff

• Don't mind driving between different sites day to day

• Want to build a long-term career in IT

• Are punctual, detail-oriented, and a great communicator
