Trainer - Cyber Security (Freelance)

• Deliver comprehensive training on cyber security fundamentals, including network security, application security, and information security principles.
  
• Conduct hands-on sessions covering ethical hacking, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing techniques.
  
• Provide practical exposure to cyber security tools and frameworks used in real-world scenarios.

• Facilitate interactive labs, simulations, and case-based discussions.
  
• Assess learner progress through practical assignments and knowledge evaluations.
  
• Stay updated with the latest cyber threats, trends, and security technologies.
  
• Guide participants on career paths and industry expectations in cyber security.
  
• Provide post-training support and mentorship to learners.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
• Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISSP, or CompTIA Security+ are highly preferred.
  
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in cyber security roles.
  
• Strong practical knowledge of security tools, frameworks, and best practices.
  
• Prior experience in delivering technical training or workshops.
  
• Ability to conduct practical and lab-based training sessions effectively.
  
• Excellent communication and technical explanation skills.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Up-to-date knowledge of emerging cyber threats and defense mechanisms.
