Training Admin Executive (AA)
Job Description
• Perform course registration, enrolment, attendance and assessments records
• Handle certificates issuance for all participants
• To handle the raising and capturing of PSEA and Mendaki payments, pending system enhancements
•To centralise the submission of the various reports which are currently done manually and cannot be supported by the system
• To formalise SOPs based on the format established, after the respective teams have written down their SOPs
•To track the compliance of KPIs by the various staff based on the tabulated KPIs extracted from the agreement
•Undertake additional tasks as required
• Other ad-hoc projects may be required
Requirements
• Possess at least a Diploma or minimally 2 yrs of relevant experience for staff performing the operational functions
• Proficient with computer use (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel)
• Able to communicate in English and be conversant in a second language (i.e. Malay, Mandarin or Tamil)
• Customer Service oriented (e.g. courteous, professional and helpful) and preferably with prior experience in customer service
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
• Detailed and meticulous
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
