We are seeking an experienced Training Analyst for a Department of War (DoW) client in Arlington, VA. Partial telework may be approved for the right candidate based on the client’s discretion. Working closely with Plateau team members and government stakeholders, this role involves working on all aspects of training material development and delivery, to include in-person and virtual training courses.


Responsibilities

  • Lead preparation of instructor material and required job aids, templates, and reference materials to support different training platforms/formats.
  • Maintain a digital training site to manage all approved course offering.
  • Conduct a quality check/quality assurance on all data provided.
  • Lead the conversion of traditional learning materials to alternate learning formats, such as using video streaming and/or state of the art technology.
  • Assist in the development of a master schedule(s) of courses.
  • Identify and resolve any issues that may detract from professional training presentations.
  • Assist with development of such software or system, training for the system, implementation of the system for delivery of training and/or meetings, and actions to archive or save data and recordings from the system as needed.
  • Mentor junior training analysts in the preparation of training material and instructional delivery.
