Role Overview:
Reporting to the Clinical Programs Specialist, the Training Assistant will work collaboratively with key members of the Clinical Services teams to develop, format, and build engaging online learning modules for physicians, nurse practitioners, behavioral health clinicians, and other healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate is comfortable translating clinical and operational content into clear, learner-friendly materials, has experience using modern e-learning authoring tools, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the AMG Clinical Programs teams to develop and build online learning modules for AMG clinicians.
- Assist with writing, editing, formatting, and organizing instructional content based on clinical and operational subject matter expert input.
- Create and update interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Rise, ensuring consistency with instructional design standards and organizational branding.
- Develop supporting training materials including job aids, reference guides, facilitator materials, presentations, and learner resources.
- Format presentations, documents, and learning assets using Microsoft Office applications.
- Coordinate reviews with stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and maintain version control of training materials.
- Perform quality assurance testing of learning modules to ensure functionality, accuracy, and a positive learner experience.
- Organize and maintain training content repositories and documentation.
- Support other learning and development initiatives as assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, training, education, or a related field.
- Experience developing e-learning content using Articulate Rise (required).
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent written communication, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with healthcare or clinical education content is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
- Experience supporting clinician or healthcare workforce education.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
