We're hiring for a Training and Enablement Manager! The Training and Enablement Manager is responsible for developing and delivering training and optimization programs that involve complex or critical business processes and systems. This role is responsible for engaging and collaborating with MDaudit clients to drive adoption and usage across our suite of services. The position will collaborate with Implementation, Customer Success, and Product Management to create exceptional user experiences and success. The position will travel on occasion to support our customers, including our most strategic and complex accounts. This position may require approximately 30-40% travel, depending on business needs.
