TRAINING INSTRUCTOR (RAWS)
Summary
Teaches technical training courses for RAWS (Radar, Airfield & Weather Systems) to students, develops training materials, and evaluates program effectiveness.

Instructs students through assigned blocks of instruction at basic levels in the RAWS courses. Acts as the subject matter expert for RAWS course materials to help ensure they meet career field training requirements. Plans, develops, executes, and evaluates a comprehensive and effective training program. Maintains professional and technical proficiency and accomplishes special projects related to specialty areas, to include staff surveillance visits to various training activities.
